It has been said from a long time that IT industry has been suffered from shortage of skilled labor. Now there is blind recruitment of all IT MNC's till the date . they are preparing each and every technical person for some big projects .
Meantime the economical growth in India makes Rupee rise against US Dollar . Now the reports are there that Indian IT industry is suffering from this hike in Rupee as their business is almost US based and Rupee appreciation caused cyt down in their profit.
Recently many IT companies like Wipro , Infosys ... n many more had delayed their joining of fresh engg. I think this is not justified. What the Mgt. is doing ? For what the risk mgt. is there ?? If thier planning is so week that they cannot handle even a small change in industry and economy ?? Playing with other's career is not good at all . I strongly oppose this policy of IT industry where freshers has to suffer for the moves in market.
